A LEGAL HOLOCAUST !!! - KEEP LERNER AWAY FROM A JURY, THEY WILL MELT IN HIS ARMS!!!

"Your Honor, with the utmost respect, I would please like a jury of my peers." (JUDGE): Sorry, Charlie. No can do. (ME): "Yit'gadal v'yit'kadash sh'mei raba (Cong: Amein)." - Traditional prayer of mourning, used in the Holocaust before being sent to the gas chambers (please see: Nazi Germany).

I cannot at this moment envision any other line or thing to say to the Honorable Judge Jaimie Goodman. I just don't see anything else right now.

Oh, but you are not entitled to a jury, Mr. Lerner, per the rules. You were not entitled to a jury or a lawyer (or any reasonable notice to appear) at the "hearing." You are not entitled to a jury now. It's up to us two. A couple of buddies, pals, friends. Entrenched special interests. Inherently and innately biased, by definition. NO JURY ALLOWED!! SILENCE THAT JURY!! DO NOT LET HIM NEAR A JURY, THEY WILL BE PUTTY IN HIS HANDS!!! NO!!!!!!

(JUDGE): Sorry, Charlie. You've got me. A buddy, a pal, a good friend of COATES. Tough luck. Recant. Recant. Recant. Welcome to the Medieval Inquisition!!

Me: Please see the overwhelming facts, data, and evidence (coming your way). What time is breakfast?

Please see this below. First, please note the fact that this internet stalker, operating under the pseudonym "Saloor Alim" is literally making fun of the fact and mocking and taunting and threatening me by plowing through multiple Cease and Desist notices and making fun of it below with the phrase "Mr. Dave scaring Saloor cease and stop."

Next, please note the line below with the other star below and the 2 black lines focusing in on the phrase, "inviting contact."

See this picture and then see a snippet from the transcript below and tell me who, exactly, that sounds like and who uses that phrase, "inviting contact..."

THE COURT: And, you know, the injunction

is not against them, to just to emphasize the point

but I always tell the Petitioners that if you reach

out to the Respondent and try to contact him while

the injunction is in place you do so at your own

peril because, one, you don't have the authority to

violate this--or authorize a violation of the injunction.

But, two, if you are inviting contact, then

you're undermining the need for the injunction in the

first place. All right. So, that's the Court's

ruling. Give me just a few minutes to--

Rosa Parks, just like yesterday in 1955:

On 1 December 1955, Rosa Parks was arrested for refusing to give up her seat to a white passenger on a city bus in Montgomery, Alabama. This single act of nonviolent resistance sparked the Montgomery bus boycott, an eleven-month struggle to desegregate the city’s buses. Under the leadership of Martin Luther King, Jr., the boycott resulted in a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that public bus segregation is unconstitutional and catapulted both King and Parks into the national spotlight.

The Kaddish prayer is mostly Aramaic, not Hebrew, but the alphabet is the same. There are several forms of the Kaddish prayer recited at different times during religious services. This one is reserved specifically for mourners, and is recited daily for 11 months after a parent's death, then annually on the anniversary of the parent's death on the Hebrew calendar. For more information, see Life, Death and Mourning.
